First, I am not the type of customer to post reviews, and secondly, I am a very skeptical consumer, so sometimes when something seems too good to be true, I certainly push back. However, this is one of those time when I'm glad I didn't. When I was first approached about my roof needing to be repaired or replaced my initial response was that I not only had the finances at the time to invest 30K in a new roof, but I also didn't have the time and energy to negotiate with my insurance company, adjustors or contractors. That's when Justin and the folks at Shanco stepped in and said, "we got you", no need for you to navigate a bunch of calls and negotiations or rearrange your schedule for different appointments.
