I had my roof replaced last year by Shanco who did an excellent job however with recent heavy winds, we needed to reseal an area around the chimney when a leak had developed. Jonathon arrived today, fixed the problem quickly and went above and beyond wiping down all my skylights, blowing leaves off the roof, clearing leaves out of my gutters in addition to taking out a wasp nest. A professional job well done and much appreciated.
I have been in the roofing industry for ten years. I decided to go with Shanco & I am glad that I did! My project manager Chad Williams did an amazing job of keeping communications throughout the entire process. This made me feel very accommodated and love as a customer. This company really knows how to do things right and I would recommend them to everybody. Not only was the roof completed to my liking, but the crew was very professional from inception to completion. I particularly like how they tarp off my deck, front porch, and use plywood against my garage doors to make sure nothing was damaged. The crew arrived on time around 7 AM and begin the tear off. They were finished with the job by 6 PM and all of the nails were cleaned up to my satisfaction. Make sure to consider them for any of your exterior needs. Johnathan was very polite & professional. He always had time to answer questions and was quick to respond and find solutions when the unexpected occurred. He visited twice a day and was on top of the entire process. He is also a really good guy!
My experience with Shanco (Brandon Seborg) was very professional and excellent. He was very tentative to a claim that I was having a issue with using my insurance company and guided me thru the process to get my roof repaced due to roof damage. The work was very clean and on time. The team that Brandon sent to do the work was very professional as well. I would highly recommend Shanco to anyone that would be needing a roof replacement.
